By accessing and using this website, purchasing our products, or booking a service, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Services

Kyle Kenny Coaching provides stress-reduction coaching, educational resources, and nervous system regulation tools. These services are designed to help you build personal capacity and resilience. They are not a substitute for clinical therapy.

3. Booking and Payments

• Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking or as agreed upon in your invoice.
• Cancellations: We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a fee.
• No Long-Term Contracts: Our coaching services are provided on a per-session basis. You are under no obligation to continue services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and the book When the Body Starts to Feel Safe, is the intellectual property of Kyle Kenny Coaching and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or redistribute this content without express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kyle Kenny Coaching be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this website or the results of coaching sessions.

You agree that you are fully responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being during and after coaching sessions.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
