Why I Don't Do Long-Term Coaching

1. The Body Learns by Doing

You can't think your way out of survival mode. You have to feel your way out. Once your body learns that "safe" is an option, it naturally starts to choose it. You don't need me to tell you to breathe; you just need to learn how to breathe effectively.

2. Agency is the Antidote

Trauma and chronic stress take away your sense of choice. Relying on a coach forever just shifts the dependency. True healing comes when you realize you have the power to change your state.
